Through July 4th, Forever 21 is offering free shipping on orders over $21 (only regular priced items count towards the total) and they also just added new items to their summer sale. Again, sale items are final sale so don't buy anything you don't want to be stuck with. If you're ordering regular priced items, then you can always return by mail for a refund (not just store credit) so this may be a better option for you than going in store.
