Urban Outfitters kicked off their weekend with new markdowns - a lot in the $9.99 - $14.99 range. Free shipping starts at $50 and is otherwise $10 so if you don't think you'll hit the minimum, I'd head the store. That $10 could be spent on one more shirt!
