Forever 21 has a couple offers going today, both in stores and online. Online, get free shipping on any order with code S2DFREE at checkout. Plus, if you spend $100, you'll get a $10 gift card with your order. In stores, I received an email with a 10% off a $40 purchase and a 15% off a $100 purchase coupon. This is obviously better return on your money than the online gift card, but if you can't make it to a store or want to be able to return things and get an actual refund, then online would be your best bet.
