In stores on Friday, Express is offering 40% off the entire store in the morning, and dropping it to 30% in the afternoon. However, if you've had your eye on something - they're starting the 40% off promo tonight at midnight (I assume 9:00pm PST?) online.
If the current up to $60 off promo works better for what you're looking at - then check out ASAP! Otherwise, wait til tonight to grab some things at 40% off. Again, shipping online is $8 so if you think your store will have plenty of stock on Friday then it might be a better bet to wait it out.
