Shopping to Support Breast Cancer Research

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and while I support this cause anyway, I definitely support it when I can blog about it because it involves shopping! Many products and stores are donating to various charities with the purchase of certain pink products. I'm also going to warn you to do your research and make sure that some sort of proceeds are going to charity if that's the reason you're purchasing a product, as some companies use pinkwashing (it's a word- Google it) to make sales.
